Nine Livingston athletes were at Gore Glen Woodland Park in Gorebridge on Sunday for Lasswade AC's annual Open Cross Country meeting.

In the 1 mile u11 girls race Charlie Maree Nolan was 3rd in 6:23 and Sophie Ure, making her cross country debut for the club, was 11th in 7:09.

There were four u13 girls racing with the team finishing 2nd overall! Isla Calvert was 1st with a time of 12:39 for the 2 mile course, Rachel Gibb was 7th in 14:05, Iona McDonald was 21st in 15:15 and Holly White was 30th in 16:56.

Fraser White was the only u13 boy from the club and ran the 2 mile course in 14:22 to finish 20th.

In the u15 girls race, also on a 2 mile course, Sarah Calvert was 3rd with a time of 12:26.

Ryan White was competing in the combined u20/senior/masters mens race on a massive 6 mile course. Ryan finished 36th overall with a time of 42:36.
