At the AGM, club members will get a chance to cast their votes for male and female club captains.

Only club members aged 15 or over can be elected as club captain, but all members can vote.

Athletes who would like to submit themselves for nomination should email Alistair by Sunday 16th November.

Some of the expectations for the club captains are:

• Act as a role model and set a positive example to other athletes.
• Encourage and support other athletes at training and competitions.
• Lead warm-ups at training and competitions.
• Have a near perfect attendance record for club competitions and attend Forth Valley League matches to support younger athletes.
