On Sunday 20th April, the club's senior male athletes were at Grangemouth for the first round of the Scottish Athletics League.

Shawn Wright, Andrew Mitchell, John McOmish and Declan Pearson were competing. Match highlights included a 'B' race win for Shawn in the 400m with a time of 51.01 and a 2nd place finish in the 4x400m relay. New recruit Declan set a new personal best in the discus with a distance of 23.23m.

On the same day, some of the club's female athletes were competing for Team Forth Valley in the Scottish Women's Athletics League match in Aberdeen.

The 800m u15 'b' race was won by Sarah Calvert in a time of 2:31.59. Chloe McAlear set a new personal best in the javelin with a throw of 11.94m and Tia Henry set a new best in the shot putt with a throw of 7.28m.

Hazel Shanley, Taygan Henry and Isla Calvert also competed, with all helping Team Forth Valley to a 3rd place finish.
