One of the first competitions of the summer season is the Edinburgh & Lothians Open Meeting at Meadowbank Stadium, Edinburgh, on Sunday 6th April.

The event is open to athletes in all age categories from under 11s (9+) to seniors.

Open meetings give athletes an opportunity to compete, and try new events or set personal bests, without the formalities of league/championship competitions. For any new members, this event will be an ideal introduction to competitions.

Entries must be made in advance using the online entry form. There are no late entries or entries on the day.

The closing date for all entries is midnight on Thursday 21st March.

For club members paying monthly membership fees, to encourage participation the club will pay the entry fees for this event.
