Last Saturday two club athletes reached the milestone of running their 50th Parkruns - congratulation to Fraser Morris and Ryan White!

Fraser was at the Falkirk Parkrun at Callendar Park for his 50th run where he completed the 5K course in 25:47. Fraser's Parkrun PB is 20:53 which he set on the Falkirk course in October.

Ryan completed both his 49th and 50th Parkruns last week at the Waterworks Parkrun event in Belfast. Ryan's 49th run was on Christmas Day with his 50th run 3 days later. Ryan's 50th time was 21:22 and his Parkrun PB is 20:46 which he set at Falkirk in November.
