Back on Wednesday, 12th November 2008, 17 club athletes represented their schools in the West Lothian Secondary Schools Cross Country Championships.

The championships were hosted by Deans Community High School, and held at nearby Dechmont Law Park.

Result highlights from club athletes included Amanda Campbell winning the Senior Girls race in a time of 10:58 with Jillian Gisbey finishing in fourth place, Craig McDowall winning the Senior Boys race in a time of 11:20, Brooke Tierney's third place finish in the S2 Girls race and Shona Herron's fourth place finish in the S3 Girls race.
