The club have had a volunteer rota for the last two years for the parents of junior members to help with officiating duties at competitions, as all parents are expected to help out in some way since the club is completely run by volunteers.

From 2013, in conjunction with the annual membership renewals, parents will now be able to choose what areas they want to help with:

1. Assisting officials at league/club competitions.
2. Helping the coaches on a Wednesday night.
3. Helping the team managers at league matches.
4. Registration on a Wednesday night.

Each of the above activities would be organised on a rota basis, with everyone helping out for a couple of hours 3 times per year.
