Selection notices were given out on Wednesday night for the Scottish Athletics Indoor League.

The competition is on Sunday 14th December at the Kelvin Hall Indoor Arena, Glasgow.

Those selected who didn't attend training on Wednesday or left their forms behind, will have them posted out.

Please return the acceptance slips as soon as possible, preferably by Wednesday 3rd December.
