The following dates and locations have been confirmed for the National Junior Athletic League Northern Premier Division in 2009:

Match 1, April 26th 2009, Liverpool
Match 2, May 24th 2009, Grangemouth
Match 3, June 14th 2009, Manchester
Match 4, July 26th 2009, Gateshead

Matches 1 and 3 will be overnight stays, with match 4 a same day return. The final & promotion matches will be held on 6th September 2009.

The club's under 17/under 20 athletes compete in the National Junior Athletic League as part of Team Forth Valley, which also includes Central AC, Falkirk Victoria Harriers and Lothian Running Club.

For 2008/2009, the Northern Premier Division consists of the following teams:
