The third and final round of the Forth Valley League takes place at Grangemouth Stadium on Saturday 4th August.

All u11, u13 & u15 members (everyone born between 01/09/1997 and 04/08/2003) are expected to take part.

Please use the availability form to let to let us know if you're available or not.

The last date for entries is 10PM on Wednesday 1st August.

Please make your own way to Grangemouth for 9.15AM at the latest. The last event will be at approximately 3.30PM.

Everyone competing for the club must have their own club vest which can be purchased in the athletics pavilion on Wednesday nights from 8.45PM onwards.
