The third and final round of the Central & South of Scotland League takes place at Wishaw Sports Centre on Sunday 19th August.

All members (9+) are expected to take part.

Please use the availability form to let to let us know if you're available or not.

The last date for entries is 10PM on Wednesday 15th August.

Transport is available via bus from the Craigswood Sports Centre car park, leaving at 10.00 AM and returning at approximately 6.00 PM at a cost of £5 per person or £10 for a family.

Alternatively, make your own way to Wishaw for 10.45 AM at the latest. The last race is at 5.25 PM.

Everyone competing for the club must have their own club vest which can be purchased in the athletics pavilion on Wednesday nights from 8.45PM onwards.
