Four of Livingston's senior athletes were at Scotstoun Stadium in Glasgow on Saturday for the start of the Scottish National Championships weekend.

In the 800m heats, competing in cold and windy conditions, Craig McDowall was 4th in heat 2 with a time of 2:00.16 and Jake Thomas was 6th in heat 3 in 2:02.93

In the 400m, Alistair Dalgleish was 5th in heat 2 in 51.23 and Shawn Wright was 3rd in heat 3 with a time of 51.17, narrowly missing out on qualifying for the final.
