Membership forms for 2009 are now available. They will be handed out at the club desk on Wednesday nights, or can be printed using the link below.

Please return completed forms, along with appropriate payment, to the club desk on Wednesday nights.

Forms should be returned by 1st December 2008 at the latest.

Current annual membership rates are as follows:

■	Competing Members	£15.00
■	Family Membership	£30.00
■	Non-Competing Members (Coaches, Officials & Parents)	£7.50
