The club are now offering a cross country training session on Sunday mornings at 10.00 AM starting from Sunday 12th October 2008 at Dechmont Law Park, Livingston.

The sessions will coached by Steven Thomson, and are open to all club members.

Meeting point is the Dechmont Law car park next to Deans High School.
