Parkrun Results

Over the last two months, fourteen Livingston athletes have completed numerous Parkruns. Some highlights include:
■ On 3rd December, at the Falkirk Parkrun, Sarah Calvert (u11g) was 2nd in the u15g category with a personal best of 21:37 for the course, 30 seconds faster than her previous best.
■ On 24th December, 11 Livingston athletes were at the Falkirk Parkrun! Craig McDowall was 2nd overall and fastest u20m with a time of 17:36; Amanda Campbell was 8th overall and fastest female with a time of 19:28; and Andrew Mitchell was 3rd u20m with a personal best of 20:00.
■ On 31st December, at the Falkirk Parkrun, Isla Calvert (u9g) was 5th in the u15g category with a new personal best of 24:56.
Every Saturday morning, Parkrun offer free 5K timed runs for runners of any standard at various venues across the UK. The nearest venues to Livingston are Crammond/Silverknowes Promenade, Edinburgh, and Callendar Park, Falkirk.
