Three weeks ago, twenty Livingston athletes were representing their schools at the West Lothian Primary & Secondary Schools Cross Country Championships, held at Dechmont Law Park, Livingston.

Congratulations to the 5 medal winners: in the S1 Girls race, Taygan Henry was 1st in 7:14 and Chloe McAlear was 2nd in 7:36; in the S3 girls race Katie Marshall was 1st in 10:40 and Erin Lee was 3rd in 11:24; and in the S4-6 boys race Jake Thomas was 1st in 10:47.

There were also "top 10" finishes from: Robbie Oag, 4th in the S2 boys race; Ben Watson, 6th in the S2 boys race; Sophie Marshall, 5th in the S3 girls race; Shona Herron, 6th in the S4-6 girls race; Shawn Wright, 4th in the S4-6 boys race; and Andrew Mitchell, 8th in the S4-6 boys race.
