Availability forms for round two of the Central & South of Scotland Athletics League will be handed out tomorrow night.

Athletes of all ages, from u11 (9+) to masters, can take part in the Central & South League. The second match takes place at Grangemouth Stadium on Sunday 5th June from 12PM to 5PM.

Please either return the paper form or use the online form to let us know your availability status, even if you're not available. The last date for entries is Wednesday 1st June.

No bus will be provided for this meeting as it's only a short drive to Grangemouth, however, if you do require transport for this meeting please let us know as soon as possible so that a lift can be arranged for you.

At the first round at Wishaw on 1st May, the effort and performances from everyone there was faultless and there was a great team spirit, however, a lot of athletes were missing, and as a result the club were 8th out of 8 teams in the overall placings.

The athletes worked hard last year to get promoted from Division 2, so it would be great for the club if we could stay in Division 1, which means we need a much bigger team at the next match at Grangemouth on Sunday 5th June.
