On Wednesday night the training session will be at Grangemouth Stadium from 7.00pm to approx 9.00pm so the athletes can get another opportunity to run on a track while the Craigswood track is closed.

Meet at the Grangemouth Stadium reception at 7.00pm.

Limited transport will also be available from Craigswood Sports Centre, meeting at 6.25pm for a 6.30pm departure, contact Alistair to reserve a place.

The final visit to Grangemouth will be on Wed 27th April.
