The first competition in the summer season is the Lothian & Borders Open Meeting at Meadowbank Stadium, Edinburgh, on Sunday 3 April.

At open meetings athletes get to choose what events they enter, and there is no limit to how many athletes can do each event.

This is a perfect opportunity for athletes to get a practice competition before the first league matches in late April or to try new events.

All athletes are expected take part in this event.

Entry is via the online entry form. Entries close on Friday 25 March.

The club will be running a bus from Craigswood Sports Centre at a cost of £5 per athlete or £10 per family (parents & children). Departure and return times will be confirmed once the timetable is finalised and we know what events athletes have entered.

This is the first of four Lothian & Borders Open Meetings. The other dates are Saturday 28 May, Sunday 12 June and Sunday 10 July.
