The 'Run and Become' Medley Relay

The annual Club Championships, held last Saturday at Craigswood, were rounded off for the fourth year in a row with a medley relay, which this year was generously sponsored by "Run and Become".
The medley relay consisted of mixed teams of 4 athletes running a 400m, 300m, 200m and 100m, with 36 relay entrants making up 9 teams.
Congratulations to the winning team, "The Livi Lions", of Craig McDowall (U17), 400m; Shawn Wright (U15), 300m; Nikisha Wright (U13), 200m; and Fraser McLean (U11), 100m.
