East of Scotland Endurance Sessions

For the 2010/2011 Winter, Scottish Athletics are organising a series of eight endurance training sessions on Saturday mornings at 11am.

The final plan for the Winter and further information can be found in the files below.

The main purpose of these sessions is to benefit the U20 and senior athletes by bringing them together to train to drive up standards of performance. U17 athletes are also welcome to attend.
