Congratulations to Robbie Nairn who won a bronze medal, set a new PB and broke his club record with a massive 12.25m throw in the u16b shot putt at the Scottish Schools Indoor Championships! Robbie also set a new personal best of 8.13 in his 60m heat.

In the u16b 800m, Jake Thomas finished his heat in 2:14.8 to qualify for the final. Despite getting "boxed in" Jake finished the final 8th with a new indoor personal best of 2:12.0.

Also competing was Nikisha Wright who finished 16th in the u16g long jump with a distance of 4.15m and 4th in her 60m heat in 8.88.

Three other club athletes were entered, Scott Henderson (60m/long jump), Vicky Dalziel (300m/shot putt/60mH) and Anna McPhillips (200m) but due to the Balerno High School transport breaking down, they unfortunately didn't get to compete.
