The fourth round of the National Junior Athletic League took place at Sheepmount Stadium, Carlisle on 27th July, with seven Under 17/Under 20 Livingston athletes competing for Team Forth Valley.
Personal best performances were achieved by Ian Hardacre, running the 1500m in 4:21.8, and Robyn McDowall, running the 800m in 2:33.0.
Team Forth Valley were beaten into 2nd place by Team Glasgow on the day, but, after their impressive performances earlier in the season, still finished the league in 1st place overall.
The team now get to compete in a promotion match in Wigan on 7th September, where eight teams from various Northern divisions of the league will compete for two places in next years Northern Premier division.
