Tomorrow night the training session will be at Grangemouth Stadium from 7.00pm to approx 9.00pm so the athletes can get some practice on the track before the indoor league match on Sunday.

Transport will be available from Craigswood Sports Centre at 6.30pm if required.

The club will be paying the Grangemouth training fees so meet at the stadium reception tomorrow night and don't pay individually!
