The club's senior middle distance squad took a night off from training last Wednesday to compete in the Self Transcendence 3x 1 Mile Relays, held at the Meadows, Edinburgh.

Our six athletes teamed up with their counterparts from Lothian Running Club to form four relay teams.

Congratulations to Craig McDowall and Ian Hardacre who were in the fastest junior team and 3rd overall, and congratulations to Louise Crilly whose team were the fastest female team.
