Two Livingston athletes, Yvonne Crilly and Sue McDowall, were in action on Saturday at the weekly Edinburgh Parkrun 5K.

Yvonne was the fastest female on the course, running 19:30 to finish within 2 seconds of her personal best.

Sue was 13th, crossing the line in 23:55, her fastest 5K time for 18 months.
