Congratulations to Yvonne Crilly who set a new 5K personal best at the Edinburgh Parkrun 5K last Saturday.

Yvonne completed the course in 19:40, 8 seconds faster than the previous best of 19:48 that she set in August.

Every Saturday morning, Parkrun offer free 5K timed runs for runners of any standard at various venues across the UK. The nearest venues to Livingston are Crammond/Silverknowes Promenade, Edinburgh, and Strathclyde Country Park.
