Megan Laing was in Carlisle last weekend competing in the Border Harriers Open Graded Meeting.

Megan won the under 13 girls discus with a personal best throw of 26.43m, which is also a new club record and puts her 5th in the Scottish under 13 girls all time list.

Megan also won the high jump, equalling her personal best of 1.20m, and was 5th in the javelin with a personal best of 13.09m.
