The club records, lost in March 2003 and found last year, have now been updated to reflect missing performances over the last 7 years.

Since the records were last updated, 36 female records and 25 male records have been broken!

Seven records have broken so far in 2010 -

In June, Megan Laing broke the U13 Girls discus record with at throw of 24.01m at Grangemouth; Vicky Dalziel broke the U17 Womens and Overall club shot putt record with a throw of 9.87m, also at Grangemouth; and Amanda Campbell broke the U20 Womens and Overall club 1500m Steeplechase record with a time of 5:22.86 at Gateshead.

And this month Amanda also broke the U20 Womens and Overall club 800m record with a fantastic time of 2:10.50 at Linwood.
