Congratulations to Amanda Campbell who knocked over 2 seconds off her 800m personal best at the Linwood Golden League Open Graded meeting on Saturday.

Amanda finished her mixed heat in 5th place in a fantastic time of 2:10.50, which was also the fastest female time at the event.

Amanda's previous personal best was also set at Linwood where she ran 2:12.66 in the June Open Graded meeting.

Megan Laing was also at Linwood on Saturday where she set two new personal bests.

Megan jumped 1.20m in the high jump to finish 2nd, adding 5cm to her previous best, and Megan also jumped 3.86cm in the long jump, beating her previous best by just 2cm!
