Teams for the 2025 Club Championships Medley Relay were drawn randomly at training, with 69 relay entrants making up 11 teams and 3 reserves.

The relay consists of mixed age group teams of 6 athletes (aged 9+) running a sprint medley relay, with a gift voucher for the winning team.

The runnung order is 300m x2, 200m x2, 100m x2.
