Congratulations to Finlay Menzies who won two gold medals at the English Para Championships in Birmingham last weekend!

Finlay won gold medals in both the 100m and 200m frame running events, with times of 16.68 for the 100m and 34.57w for the 200m!

Josh Scott and Jonathan Marshall were also competing in the England U20/Senior Championships.

Jonathan finished 8th in the Senior Mens 800m final in 1:55.26, with a run of 1:52.43 in his earlier heat.

Josh was 6th in his U20 Mens 800m heat in 1.54.01.
