The following dates and locations have been confirmed for the National Junior Athletic League Northern Premier Division in 2010:

Match 1, April 25th 2010, Manchester
Match 2, May 23rd 2010, Edinburgh
Match 3, June 27th 2010, Gateshead
Match 4, July 25th 2010, Glasgow

Matches 1 and 3 will be overnight stays, with the bus leaving from Grangemouth the day before.

The club's under 17/under 20 athletes compete in the National Junior Athletic League as part of Team Forth Valley, which also includes Central AC, Falkirk Victoria Harriers and Lothian Running Club.

If Team Forth Valley finish in the top 2 of the Northern Premier Division, they will complete in the National Finals on 12th September 2010.

For 2010, the Northern Premier Division consists of the following teams:

- Preston Harriers
- Sale Harriers Manchester
- Team Edinburgh
- Team Forth Valley
