Are you aged 15-25 and want to make a difference to your club?
The club are looking to replace the two Club Captain roles with a team of Young Ambassadors, with a Young Ambassador from every training group.

Volunteer experience to use on your CV for applying for jobs or UCAS personal statement
Improve your team work, communication and confidence by working with others young ambassadors and club volunteers
Learn new skills by assisting our experienced officials at competitions
The main roles and responsibilities would be:
Attend four Young Ambassador meetings per year, bringing feedback and suggestions from your training squad
Act as a role model and set a positive example to other athletes, with your effort and commitment at training
Encourage and support other athletes at training and competitions
Help officials at competitions and club events if you're not competing
