The Scottish National Indoor 4x200m Relay Championships take place at the Emirates Arena in Glasgow on Saturday 1 February.

Athletes will be selected based on performance at indoor competitions over the last few months, with feedback from coaches on training performance. Selection emails will be sent out after the Indoor League match next weekend, with final selections after the National Indoor Open Meeting on Saturday 18 January. Congratulations to athletes who get selected.

Teams will only be entered where enough athletes in each age group are available, and athletes may be moved up an age group to accommodate this where appropriate.

Practice sessions will be arranged during club training sessions on a team-by-team basis based on coach and athlete availability.

Please note that club transport will not be available for this event, and athletes will need to organise their own transport to the competition.

We typically only enter 1 team per age group at National level relays. However, at the Indoor League relays on Sunday 8 March we will enter 2 teams per age group where there is demand.
