Arrangements for the Livingston Open Cross Country races on Saturday at Dechmont Law Park, Livingston:

Car Parking

Car parking is available at Deans Community High School, Livingston, EH54 8PS, and at the Dechmont Law Park car park (see course map).

The start/finish area is a 5-10 minute walk from the car parks.

Declarations

Declarations will open at 10.30 am at the start/finish area of the course, and will close 30 minutes before the published start time of each race.

Vest numbers should be worn front only and secured with 4 safety pins.

Refreshments

Tea/coffee and home baking will be available at the start/finish area of the course.

We'd appreciate more donations of home baking please.

Medals

Medals will be presented after each race to the overall 1st/2nd/3rd place for each age group (U9/U11/U13/U15/U17/SEN). U20s, Seniors and Masters will be combined for medal purposes.

Toilets / Changing Rooms

Toilets and changing rooms are available at Deans Community High School, which is a 5-10 minute walk from the course.

Club Kit

New members don't need to wear a club vest.
