Lasswade Athletics Club's annual open cross country races will take place on Sunday 3 November at Gore Glen Playing Fields, Gorebridge, Midlothian.

There are nine races for all age groups from Under 11 to Seniors, with prizes in all age group races for the top individuals and top teams.

Hot and cold refreshments are also available.

SEN: Born 31/08/1999 or earlier
