The final standings for the Central & South of Scotland Athletic League for the 2009 season are below.
Livingston & District AAC and Motherwell AC gain promotion from Division 3 to join East Kilbride AC and Dunbar Running Club in Division 2, while Whitemoss AAC and Dunfermline & West Fife AC are relegated from Division 1 to complete the six team Division 2 line up for 2010.
