The Sunday morning cross country training sessions are starting again at 10.30 am from Sunday 11 October 2009 at Dechmont Law Park, Livingston.

The sessions will coached by Sandra Hardacre and are open to all club members.

Meeting point is the Dechmont Law Park car park next to Deans High School.
