Less than 24 hours after his National 3000m bronze medal run, Alastair Marshall was back in action, this time at Grangemouth for the Scottish Schools Championships.

Alastair ran 4:41.78 in the U17 Mens 1500m Steeplechase, beating his plechase with a superb personal best of 4:41.78.
