Arrangements for the Livingston Open Cross Country races on Saturday at Dechmont Law Park, Livingston, now that entries have closed:

Car Parking

Car parking is available in the Dechmont Law Park car park, and also the Deans Community High School. The start/finish area is a 5-10 minute walk from the car parks.

Declarations

Declarations will open at 10.30 am at the start/finish area of the course, and will close 30 minutes before the published start time of each race.

Vest numbers should be worn front only and secured with 4 safety pins.

12.00 pm - U15G / U15B (2.4K)
12.20 pm - U17W / U17M / SW / SM (3.7K)

Refreshments

Tea/coffee and home baking will be available at the start/finish area of the course.

We'd appreciate more donations of home baking please.

Medals

Medals will be presented after each race to the overall 1st/2nd/3rd place for each age group (U11/U13/U15/U17/SEN). U20s, Seniors and Masters will be combined for medal purposes.

Toilets / Changing Rooms

Toilets and changing rooms are available at Deans Community High School, which is a 5-10 minute walk from the course.

Club Kit

New members don't need to wear a club vest.

Parental Assistance

Thank you to the parents who have already volunteered to help, the rota will be emailed to you shortly.

We are still looking for another 6-8 parents (or athletes who aren't competing) to help out, from 10.45 am to 12.45 pm, either as course marshals or on the finish funnel.
