Livingston sprints coach Bob Douglas was in action in Madrid last week at the European Masters Indoor Athletics Championships.
In the 400m, Bob progressed through the heats with 64.68, and was then 4th in his semi in 63.45.
Bob also progressed through the heats of the 200m with 28.20, and was then 6th in his semi in 29.83, which also secured him a place in the GB M60 4x200m team.
The relay team won a silver medal with a time of 1:49.07!
