The East District Cross Country Championships take place on Saturday 9 December at Dechmont Law Park, Livingston.

All athletes who have previously competed in the East District League events, or intend to compete this season, are encouraged to enter the East District Championships.

Entry

For all Scottish Athletics District/National Championships, the club submit entries and will pay the entry fees.

Please enter online using the links below before midnight on Sunday 26 November. No late entries will be accepted under any circumstances.

There are separate races for each age category and the course distances are:

U13: 3.2K
U15: 4.0K
U17W: 5.0K
U17M: 6.4K
U20W: 5.0K
U20M: 8.0K
SW: 6.4K
SM: 10.0K
