Fifteen Livingston athletes were in action at Stirling on Saturday 21 October for the first round of the East District Cross Country League, on a wet and muddy course around the University of Stirling campus.
In the U11 Girls race, on a 1.6K course, Hannah Collings was 49th in 7:57 and Roxanne Hardie was 54th in 8:08.
The U11 boys were competing on the same course with Jonathan Collings finishing 22nd in 6:47.
In the U13 boys race, on a 2.4K course, Elliot Frame was 19th in 11:00 and James Vivian was 23rd in 11:07.
The U15 boys were running a longer 3.3K course with Alastair Marshall finishing 5th in 11:44 and Fraser Morris 40th in 14:17.
In the combined U15/U17 girls race, there were 6 Livingston athletes running the 3.3K course. Isla Calvert (U15) finished 4th in 12:34, Sarah Calvert was 7th in 13:05, Charlie Maree Nolan (U15) was 20th in 14:07, Katie Craig was 24th in 14:22, Sophie Ure (U15) was 51st in 16:33 and Alex White was 59th in 19:03. The girls finished 2nd overall in the team results.
Nikki Kinghorn finished 73rd in 29:22 in the combined U20/Senior/Masters Womens race on a 6K course.
In the U20/Senior/Masters Mens race, Steve Thomson was 210th in 42:28 and Ryan White was 279th in 49:52.
