Well done to Courtney Moffat, Ally White and Ryan White who were competing in the Scottish National 5K Road Championships tonight at a very windy Silverknowes Esplanade in Edinburgh.

Great performances from all despite the conditions, including a PB from Courtney with 20:28 which placed her 6th in the U17 Womens category.

Ally was 23r in the U20 Mens category in 18:14 and Ryan was 146th in the Senior Mens category with 21:05.

There was almost 500 athletes competing in one of the fastest 5K races in the UK!
