Congratulations to senior female athlete Tina Miller who set a new 10K personal best while competing in the Musselburgh Festival 10K Race on Saturday.

In what Tina described as "a really good race, flat and scenic, with varying terrain", she was the 57th fastest female and 11th fastest in the FV40 category.

Tina finished the 10K course in 51.59, which was a personal best by 26 seconds.
