It was a quiet but successful weekend for the Livingston athletes, with the five athletes competing across two competitions achieving three personal best performances.

At the BMC Watford PB Classic, Craig McDowall knocked almost 1.5 seconds off his 800m personal best to run his first sub 2 minute time of 1:58.83.

Closer to home, four female athletes were competing for Team Lothian who finished 3rd in round 2 of the Scottish Women's League at Grangemouth.

Well done to Jennifer Crilly, for her personal best in the Senior Womens Javelin, and Vicky Dalziel, who took over a second off her personal best in the U15 Girls 75m Hurdles.
