Inter-District Cross Country Championships

After excellent performances over the last few months in the East District Cross Country League races and the East District Championships, Isla Calvert (U13G) was selected to
represent the East District team at the Inter-District Cross Country Championships.
The Championships were held in cold and muddy conditions last Saturday at Holyrood Park, Edinburgh, alongside the Great Edinburgh International Cross Country event.
In the U13 girls race, Isla finished 14th out of 38 runners, and was the 5th placed East runner, with a time of 12:35 for the 3K course. The East District team were 2nd in the U13 girls event.
