The first East District Cross League races were held in the grounds of Stirling University on Saturday 17th October with eight Livingston athletes competing.

Elliot Frame was 4th in the U11 boys race with a time of 5:32 for the 1.5K course.

In the U13 girls race, on a 2.4K course, Isla Calvert was 6th in 10:48 and Sophie Ure was 51st in 13:26.

The U13 boys were competing on the same course with Fraser Morris finishing 25th in 11:20 and Alastair Marshall finishing 38th in 12:05.

Holly White was 30th in the U15 girls race, completing the 3.1K course in 14:20.

In the U15 boys race, also on the 3.1K course, Aidan Brady was 40th in 11:48.

Ryan White was 181st overall in the combined U20/Senior/Masters mens race with a time of 38:25 for the three lap 9K course!

Well done to everyone who competed. The next race is on Saturday 21st November at Alloa and it would be great to see a much bigger turnout from the club.
