The East District Cross Country Championships take place on Saturday 12th December at Dechmont Law Park in Livingston.

There are separate races for each age category and the course distances are:

U17W: 5K
U17M: 6.4K
U20W: 5K
U20M: 8K
SW: 6.4K
SM: 9.6K

All athletes who have previously competed in Schools, Club or East District League events are encouraged to enter the East District Championships.

For all Scottish Athletics District/National Championships, the club submit entries and pay entry fees - please enter online using the link below before midnight on Thursday 26th November. No late entries will be accepted under any circumstances.
